HRIS Applications Specialist

Oversees and maintains systems to ensure the integrity of all Mission’s compensation, premium pay, and benefits programs.  Administrator for the Lawson Software Human Resource suite for benefits and compensation applications. Maintains current system performance and tests HR benefits and compensation products for system upgrades/conversions.  Manages day to day activities to support benefits and compensation functions.  Maintain documentation and manuals of procedures, policies and reports and conduct end user training.  Identifies ad implements programs to streamline and improve efficiencies.  Ensures integrity of data and reporting with HR metrics.

 

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree and actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree

Required License: None
Preferred License: PHR, CCP, CBP

Required Experience: More than three years’ experience related to Human Resources, its role and function. Working knowledge of HR software systems and applications. Experience with personal computer applications. Experience in employment, benefits, or compensation program administration. Expertise in a wide variety of software programs to conduct data analysis, trending and forecasting. Ability to collect data, analyze, apply principles, prepare reports and graphs, and make recommendations/draw conclusions.

 
Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of Mission and Mission HR function. Thorough knowledge of Lawson Insight and Lawson SEA HR software/applications.
