Beth Burdick of ShopSmart Mortgage Planning was the January vendor.  She and David Kanis have opened ShopSmart Mortgage Planning at 150 Hilliard Avenue in Asheville. 

ShopSmart provides a two-hour consultation service focusing on finance and credit analysis and review for people who are seeking or evaluating a mortgage loan.  The service benefits clients regarding real estate investments.  ShopSmart provides a follow-up telephone service also.
