Meeting Location(s)

Discussion:  Judy discussed possible venue options and Lacy Lewis reiterated the fact that we are using the “trial and error” method of deciding on a location.  Lulu’s is not a viable option.  The Factory was not mentioned.  Six attendees raised their hands in favor of a Jackson county venue.  Someone mentioned the Family Resource Center in Webster, NC or the meeting room at Li’l Harvey’s.  Judy indicated we would research, but Li’l Harvey’s meeting room wasn’t available.

Conclusions:  Judy and team will continue to research.  The group was asked to provide suggestions.

Action items:  Nail down a meeting location

Person responsible:

Co-chairs

Deadline:  ASAP
