MS DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES
 WESTERN CAROLINA UNIVERSITY

Ongoing: The M.S. Degree Program in Human Resource Management offers students the opportunity to study current HR topics (Org. Performance, Evaluation Methods, Comp/Benefits, Org. Development, etc.) with an emphasis on strategic human resource management from a fully-accredited university. The 36-hour curriculum gives the unique choice between taking courses in an on-site, "blended" format in Asheville or 100% online (the only 100% online HR program in NC!).  PREPARE -- FOR YOUR SPHR OR PHR ACCREDITATION:
Each year Western Carolina Industries offers preparation courses for taking your PHR/SPHR test.   The course participants meet once a week for eleven weeks, three hour sessions, size limit for class is 25 persons.   Contact Lorraine Poe at

WCI and Softrain Incorporated of Asheville have merged and now offer computer, software, networking and programming training through WCI. 

 

MOUNTAIN STATE UNIVERSITY
Our two degree programs – the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership as well as the Master of Science in Strategic Leadership  -- impart skills needed by today’s Human Resource professional.  MSU is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.  (http://www.ncahlc.org/ )
